Today is #worldcancerday Day. There is a defining moment in all who go through this where they realize how their world is forever changed. This is mine. I could barely look at the devastation cancer left, yet I wanted to see that I was still in some part me. I did not see me at all and the future was instantly scary. I am unsure the purpose of this day really. I like so many others who have been smacked by cancer we think of it daily. Maybe it is for the world to really take a hard look. For me it reminds me that we need more. We need more for Stage 4, they are dying. We need more for childhood cancer, they are robbed of so much. We need more for the mental health aspect because we are suffering. Ask your strong friends going through cancer how they are, I can tell you they are struggling at some point. Donate to research!
